In this project I'm portraying a small lovely house turned into a home bakery! We can appreciate hers delicious breads being shown at the ground floor window. And also how attentive to details she is, with a lovely handwrite sign and all the roses in bloom.
By the smoke coming out of the chimney we can see that some baking-goods are on the way.
This illustration was made with a handful of techniques to enrich the scene: painting, collages, papercut and quilling.
Besides the blue sky, it was all made from white paper hand-painted with markers and colored pencils.
Some parts were designed as 3D volumes to make the overall illustration more compelling and interesting.
