Information:
This was a postcard print that I made for my End of year exhibition to showcase my work that I had done over the course of the 3 years. The covers for the three postcards were all new designs I had made up for the exhibition. I tried to make them all very different while keeping them very typographical in nature.
So the first one was a quote from Jim Carrey or is at least meant to be and it’s in a style that is hand drawn and meant to be free form in nature as it’s a comical quote.
They second is the name that was put under one of my posters at for the Quote Unquote Exhibition as a joke. I thought it was funny so I made it into a postcard.
The third one is simply hello hello as I didn’t want to simply be completely based off of quotes so I felt this mixed it up enough to allow them all to stand out.
I think overall they went down very well as they were all gone by the end of the two week exhibition but if I was to do it again I would work on the locking and how it closes a fair bit more. With that said I feel overall there quite cool and I hope you like them too!

The reason for the Hope You Have a Great Day was to be a little positive message on each postcard. It also helped to connect the postcards together a bit more than just a plain background would have which I quite liked.
I felt it helped make it different which I think worked in my favour on the postcards. Again the locking and the fold itself is something to be worked on but considering this was rather quick I am quite happy with the end result.
