3D Plush Doll Character
3D Model for DMD 3581
For my final project in DMD 3581, I decided to model and texture a plush doll character. I took inspiration from a variety of modern character plush dolls and attempted to replicate the look of layered sheets of "hair" made of felt, soft pile "skin", and an embroidered face. While coming up with the character design, I decided to make an adventurer like character, complete with a tomato pincushion "backpack" and ball pin "sword".
The plush doll character was modeling from scratch in Autodesk 3ds Max and textured in Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
