Game Overview
Nickelodeon's Monkey Quest is an action-packed MMO where players can develop into a monkey warrior, fight epic battles, learn the legend of the Monkey King to save the world of Ook. This side scrolling platformer was targeted for boys aged 8-13 and was built in Unity. The game is available as both a installer and browser-based experience.

Project Summary: Banana Beast and Banana Bash
An ancient Forest Guardian has woken due to the increased shadow activity in Ook. •When it’s not sleeping, it LOVES eating! The monkeys of Ook must unite to feed it! The more monkeys feed it, the faster it grows. Make it happy to earn bananas and celebrate with a silly party mode! Then do it all over again, until it dozes off.
Project Role
Design Lead Designed and oversaw all activities for feature creation, rewards, user flows for new and existing players.
Design Documentation Wrote and owned game design documentation including high level design doc & detailed design doc.
Asset Management Requested and managed asset required flow for items, sfx, vfx, 3D models, animation stages, notification popups, marketing art and in game messaging.
Balancing Timed social event occurrences and reward frequency
Usability & User Experience Player Messaging and event funnels for new and experienced players
Marketing Messaging* All in game messaging, event site messaging and design requests.
