Interconnection is the embodiment of the wish we have as human beings to connect and create meaningful bonds. As we flow, our paths converge, creating links that become part of our anatomy.
This piece showcases the interconnection in its shape: as it intertwines it creates a whole and shows a complex and complete image.
This flower vase is inspired by the miniature chrysanthemum, a flower that stands out for its contrasting colors. The amber of the vase reflects the center of the flowers, complementing the petal’s dark red. It’s made of borosilicate glass, bent by hand to create the complex curves of this piece.
The sketching process of this project included the use of artificial intelligence softwares. Different digital proposals were created with their help, these served as further inspiration for the analog sketches.
The idea behind using AI is to get familiarized with it and learn how to use it in a responsible manner for design projects.
