The sphere of international creative competitions is diverse and continually evolving. The practice of announcing competitions serves as an example of encouraging youth toward creativity and provides organizations with the opportunity to discover talented labor potential. At the present stage of font and calligraphy art development, a student competition is a progressive phenomenon that extends teaching methodologies beyond the confines of higher education institutions. The international student competition in font and calligraphy, Pangram, is based on the idea of showcasing font works by students from various art higher education institutions.

The number of participants from different countries and higher education institutions, the significant jury composition, the diversity of nominations, and the event's mobility under complex conditions shape the uniqueness of the Pangram competition. The publication presents a retrospective overview of the eight years of the competition's existence, its statistical analysis, results, and prospects
