우주를 배경으로 한 게임의 캐릭터를 구상하고, 이를 기반으로 컨셉과 아트웍을 보여줄 수 있는 숏 클립을 제작하였습니다.
아트웍의 메인 콘셉트는 'Y2K'와 'Cyberpunk'로, 각각의 키워드가 가진 독특한 분위기와 시각적 요소를 참고하였습니다. 20세기 말과 21세기 초의 기술적 발전과 함께 미래에 대한 불안감과 혼돈을 상징하는 'Y2K'는, 우주를 배경으로 한 게임에 과학적인 요소와 미래적인 분위기를 불어넣어 줍니다. 한편 'Cyberpunk'는 고도로 발전한 기술과 사회적 문제의 결합으로 형성된 다크하고 고립된 세계를 표현해, 우주 공간에서의 모험과 탐험의 강렬한 분위기와 어우러집니다. 두 키워드는 아트웍 속에서 적절히 결합해 플레이어들에게 독특하고 현대적인 경험을 제공합니다.
해당 캐릭터는 개인 비행선을 타고 이동하며, 소리가 이동할 수 없는 우주에서 뇌파로 연결된 이어폰을 통해 무선 교신을 취해 소통합니다. 또한 전화기를 통해 무선 이어폰의 디테일한 기능을 컨트롤 할 수 있습니다.
I designed the main character for the space-themed game, and from there, I produced a brief clip showcasing the concept and artwork.
The main concept of the artwork is based on 'Y2K' and 'Cyberpunk', drawing inspiration from the unique atmospheres and visual elements associated with each keyword. 'Y2K,' symbolizing the anxiety and chaos about the future alongside technological advancements at the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century, injects scientific elements and a futuristic vibe into the game set in space. On the other hand, 'Cyberpunk' represents a dark and isolated world formed by the fusion of highly advanced technology and societal issues, aligning well with the intense atmosphere of adventure and exploration in space. Combining these two keywords in the artwork will provide players with a distinctive and contemporary experience.
The character travels aboard a personal spacecraft, communicating through wireless earphones connected via brainwaves in the soundless expanse of space. Additionally, they can control the intricate functions of their wireless earphones through a phone.
