This is a personal project. Mental support, self-support and a validating environment are the key to successfully overcoming a crisis without any psychological trauma.

Try to practice mindfulness everyday. 
It will help you not drown in thoughts about the past and future.

Self-love... everyone says we should love ourselves, but what exactly does that mean? I suggest that you just start hugging yourself for a few minutes a day and you will see a difference.
Dancing or any physical activity is also very beneficial!
It would be a difficult journey, but it is worth it!
You are number one for yourself!
Remember that you have to protect yourself! You are going to love it.
