In the Lighthouse complex (Sea Breeze Resort, Baku, Azerbaijan) there is a penthouse with the most ergonomic layout and immersing you in an atmosphere of peace from the first seconds of your stay.

The penthouse's interior is minimalist: pastel colors and dark wood flooring and furniture, with the contrast emphasizing the room's richness and attractiveness. Paintings, chandeliers, wood with red detailing, and other ornamental components include bright accents. Posters in the same color scheme as the decor nicely reflect the space's tranquil tone.

The daytime area includes a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a small dining area and a TV lounge. From here you have direct access to a wide terrace with a sea view. The panoramic windows in the large dining room and spacious living room also offer a sea view. The living room has a unique feeling: with brilliant sunlight flooding the room, making it warm and pleasant. The combination of local lighting in the form of a chandelier and lamps provides an influx of light that emphasizes the softness of the overall image.

The master area with view windows includes a large bedroom, a dressing room, a multifunctional room for pilates and a study, as well as a relaxation area. The penthouse features three bedrooms for the children: the smaller children's bedrooms, which have their own bathrooms with hallway entrances, and the eldest son's bedroom, which has a closet area and a bathroom with a bedroom entrance.
