This project was to design and detail a 13-story high rise located in the dense urban landscape of Wellington, New Zealand. It is a three-part assignment that is carried out as a group project while studying at Victoria University. The projects are split into Structure, Core and Facade design.

The assignment depicts the standard steps that would be taken to design a high-rise that consists multiple functions. It consists of a basement, retail spaces, office spaces, and residential units.
