Storyboarding of an event carved deep inside my brain from the past!
The incidents dates back to 2017, on my trip to Germany. On my journey back to India, we had to do an emergency landing at the Ankara airport, Turkey. It was a time when Syrians had entered Turkey. It was a 4 hours halt until the family got down and we flied back to India in the next 9-10 hours.
I could never forget the news Dad gave me we got after reaching back to Mumbai next morning. A bomb had blasted at the Ankara airport just 30 minutes upon our take off. Although I'll be forever grateful for us reaching back safely, the thought of what must have happened with the family still sends shivers down my spine. I guess I'll never know!
