Introduction
In this project, I looked at the Creative Conscience, Health and Well-being brief. In this, I targeted burnout in the workplace. It is surprising how much being burnt out is talked about in day-to-day life but it is never discussed how people fall victim to burnout. Burnout is dangerous, it affects a person mentally and physically, and can lead to death. Form my research, I have found that over 745,000 people died in 2021 because of burnout alone.
The Problem Area
For this project I have selected the South African working class as my intended audience, reason being that South Africa is considered one of the most depressed countries in the world. I want to create a platform where people of the workplace can have control over companies with a scare tactic. Just to encourage Companies to do better. In addition to my Strategic Direction I am creating 3 forms of media where the website is my main possible solution and the other 2 forms of media are nudging touch points to encourage people to stand up against bad work environments.

The WorkWise Instagram Post
The Concept for the Instagram posts are to promote the statistics of burnout, negative work environment and engage with the community, by communicating through Instagram stories, where people can share their experiences.
The WorkWise Website
My mission with the website is to give employees a voice anonymously that can help others choose a good work environment, and eliminate the negative work environments. Data that is input to this website will be displayed in a total percentage, users will be able to track their work hours and display it as a combined percentage for other viewers in weekly updates.Some behind the scenes(Process) before I show the final product
User Flow Chart
The user flow shows 3 types of user, the registered user, the new user and then the business user, the Business user is there to only spectate the data that is displayed and change descriptions and if an improved versions of the website is being created the business own would be able to add their own specific questions(something targeted towards a role or section of the business)

For this Project I wanted to do the user signed in page first just to give a general overview what the website would consist of. Most of these cardo do fall over to the other pages
