Portugal Information Factbook

This was the follow up project for the Portugal office of tourism we designed for our Digital Design Class. We had to take the CIA's information spread from their site and put it into a booklet and design it to actually look good. 

We had to design a cover for our factbook, mine was just the Portugal flag split into two pages so that it would cover both the front and back of the booklet. 

I knew I wanted to do something similar to these already designed factbooks. Without just copying them. 

We also had to design the pages to look good, originally all the text was just literally blocks of text, there was no design elements involved at all, so our task was to fix that and make it presentable. I also designed the cover art to be a stylized version of the Portugal flag, and then split it into two pieces to make suire it would function as a cover for the booklet.
