1. Introduction
The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) is a vital initiative providing healthcare services to government employees and their families.
Our branding reflects our core values: trust, reliability, and a commitment to well-being.
2. Logo Design
- The CGHS logo is a symbol of health and assurance. It features the medical caduceus within a pair of protective hands, encircled by a rainbow spectrum, indicating inclusivity and diversity of services.

- CGHS has five main types of cards issued to its beneficiaries that are color schemed, the colors being Blue, Red, Green, Yellow and Orange
3. Logo Usage Guidelines
Clear Space
- A minimum clear space equal to the height of the 'C' in CGHS should surround the logo.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Minimum Size
- No less than 2 cm in diameter for print.- No less than 72 pixels on screen.
Logo Variations
- Full-color logo on white and light backgrounds.
- Single-color (white) logo on dark green or black backgrounds.​​​​​​​
- Do not alter the colors or proportions of the logo.

CGHS provides the following healthcare services to its beneficiaries:
1. OPD Treatment at Wellness Centres including issues of medicines and referral to empanelled centres for treatment

2. Specialist Consultation at Polyclinic/Govt. Hospitals and at CGHS empanelled hospitals after referral by CGHS.
3. Cashless facility available for treatment in empanelled centres for Pensioners and other identified beneficiaries.
4. Reimbursement of expenses for treatment availed in Govt. /Private Hospitals and for purchase of hearing aids, artificial limbs, appliances etc., after obtaining permission.
5. Family Welfare, Maternal and Child Health Services.
