Cedar Bites - Restaurant Branding
Cedar Bites is a Lebanese Fast Food Restaurant concept that I have developed. I wanted to make this fast food restaurant have elements of the Lebanese flag so I decided to use parts of the flag's color palette and also wanted to incorporate the cedar tree that is also on the flag for the name of this place, thus the name Cedar Bites.
Brand Color Palette and Final Typeface Choice
Initially went with this logo design idea but ended up not using it because it didn't feel like a fast food logo.
Came up with this design but felt it was too detailed so decided to simplify it more (shown below).
Simplified the logo a lot more but still felt like it wasn't simple enough so simplified it even more (shown below). Also tried out the name Shawarmeats but scrapped it because Cedar Bites fit better.
Finally landed on this design. In the first image, felt like the shawarma was too thin so decided to make it thicker for the final design.
