Ярмарка книг и винила спроектирована на территории ресторана Muze Garden (Дома творчества композиторов в прошлом). Двор дома добавляет ярмарке атмосферу гараж-сейла, напоминая книжные развалы/барахолки. Сам дом может быть местом для проведения тематических мероприятий.

//The book and vinyl fair was designed on the territory of the Muze Garden restaurant (the House of Composers' Creativity in the past). The courtyard of the house adds a garage-sale atmosphere to the fair, reminiscent of bookstores/flea markets. The house itself can be a venue for themed events.
