For special events such as birthdays or simply as a nice gift, I like to make cakes for my friends and family. I like to get creative with flavors while also making things pretty and decorating.
The first cake was a cookie butter infused cake with buttercream cookie butter frosting and a cream cheese cookie crumble filling topped with a homemade salted caramel sauce. The second cake was a pumpkin cheesecake with a graham cracker and cookie butter crust with whipped cream dollops on the top. The third cake was for my boyfriends birthday, a vanilla double layered cake with a chantilly filling and decorated with the marine corps colors along with a picture of him and his father. The fourth cake was a double layered chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling decorated with purple and gold.
