"Future Making, Making Futures" was an internal campaign concept I created for the Talent Acquisition teams to retain and nurture current McCainers and attract new talent by standing out through the application process.
The concept hones in on McCain's future forward approach to business and the values and commitments they makes towards a sustainable and DEI conscious organization.
It also spotlights McCain's global footprint and the extent of roles they are hiring for everyday all around the world.
