Suburbia
The suburbanities is an experimental 30 second ident sequence, that investigates conventions and subversions of surburban living.

The project at hand portrays a diorama that replicates semi-detached homes situated next to one another, (on the left) the perfect image of a suburban home is shown and (on the right) an opposing idea of perfection. The (left) demonstrating societies conventions and expectations of suburban life, and the other (right) portraying the subversions, a broken home. This is instigated by showing broken and boarded windows, alongside cracked walls. Again, further demonstrated by the model has being slanted, and also purposely located in natural locations, which further implies disjointed and distorted living.

Amongst this, to smoothly transition between scenes; glitching effects have been added to heighten the suspense and further question the truth within the suburban perfect picture that is painted within suburban stereotypes.
