Design Background:
In the entire design process, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the reasonable layout of the newly added screen operation area and the cabin door opening and closing method that is most ergonomic. The design team has reorganized multiple parts of the equipment reasonably from engineering prototypes to landing, undergoing more than a year of industrial design polishing, verification, and incubation.

达科为全自动免疫组化染色NS40项目,在整个设计过程中需要综合考虑新增的屏幕操作区合理布局及符合人体工学最优的舱门开合方式,设计团队对设备多个部位进行了合理的重新布局,从工程样机至落地历经一年多时长的工业设计反复打磨、验证、孵化。

The innovative arc rotation door opening and closing method subverts the traditional flip door device's high human-machine operation pain point.

创新圆弧旋转舱门开合方式,颠覆了传统翻盖舱门设备开合把手过高的人机操作痛点。
Flip integrated center screen operation area design could realize an operation experience that conforms to ergonomics, while making the product's appearance more aesthetically pleasing.

翻盖一体化居中屏幕操作区设计,实现了符合人机工程学的操作体验,同时使产品造型更整体美观。


The circular design on both sides of the cabin door creates a comfortable and technological atmosphere when the equipment is placed in a medical environment. The circular symbol characteristic gives NS40 a unique and strong recognition in traditional square metal equipment.

舱门两侧的圆环形设计使设备放置在医护环境能产生一种舒适的科技氛围感。圆的记忆符号特征使NS40在传统方正的钣金设备中拥有独特、强烈的识别度。​​​​​​​
