The #WB100 Project - Television (Live-Action)
April 4, 2023, marked the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Warner Bros Pictures

As a fan of the Warner Bros Discovery-owned unit, especially its extended library that includes shows and films from MGM, RKO, Hanna-Barbera, Lorimar, Ruby-Spears, HBO, New Line, and Castle Rock, I wanted to create something celebrating one of the most iconic brands on the planet.

Inspired by what Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv has already created, I created several pieces celebrating the legacy of Warner Bros Entertainment with a focus more on the projects that likely wouldn't get an official graphical spotlight (and a few that will).

Previously, I showcased a series of images celebrating and highlighting the original shows produced by Cartoon Network Studios (including Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe) that have premiered on the US version of Cartoon Network. The WB100 x CN30 Project highlighted every Cartoon Network Studios original series on the network as well as some originals that premiered outside of Cartoon Network in the US.

These images, which are focused on the televised side of the Warner Bros library (note: out of principle, I will NOT create images featuring projects from the Discovery side of the company [the OWN shows I have presented were always Warner Bros productions for the network, even before the merger]), continues to celebrate Warner Bros' centennial anniversary. I will continue creating WB100 images until 11:59 PM EST on April 3, 2024.

Lord willing, I'll try to continue celebrating every story Warner Bros has to offer.
