Welcome to my groundbreaking university project, where Italo Calvino’s Le Città Invisibili undergoes a radical transformation into a new, punk and grunge-inspired format. Departing from traditional interpretations, I immerse myself in the gritty, underground world of suburban landscapes, graffiti art, and countercultural movements to breathe life into Calvino’s invisible cities. Through a rebellious aesthetic lens, we redefine the boundaries of storytelling, intertwining the raw energy of punk culture with the ethereal allure of Calvino’s literary universe. Each city becomes a canvas for exploration, collage, photography and art. This project is not just a reimagining, but a revolution—a celebration of creativity, authenticity, and the power of storytelling to transcend boundaries.
