““Théo é um personagem que criei inspirado na cultura brasileira do Cangaço com a época medieval. Sua forte característica é que ele seria o oposto do pai, o famoso Lampião, rei do Cangaço que gostava de lutar. Théo é gentil, leve, engraçado e incapaz de machucar até mesmo uma borboleta”.

Criei o briefing e o conceito deste personagem para um desafio de uma semana em 2022. Não consegui terminar como gostaria. Então continuei com a ideia do personagem sem pressa pra poder melhorar a modelagem, trabalhar no lookdev e aprender algo novo: rigs de personagens. Testei coisas novas neste projeto, incluindo simulação com Marvelous Design e animação facial básica. Esse projeto foi muito importante para minha evolução, principalmente porque abordou diversas etapas de pipeline, não apenas modelagem e lookdev.

“Théo is a character I created inspired by the Brazilian culture of Cangaço and mixed it with the medieval era. His strong characteristic is that he would be the opposite of his father, the famous Lampião, king of Cangaço who liked to fight. Théo is kind, funny and unable to harm a butterfly”.

I created the brief and concept for this character for a one-week challenge in 2022. I couldn’t finish it as I would have liked. So I continued with the character idea without rushing to finish i. I could improve the modeling, work on lookdev and learn something new: character rig. I tested new things in this project, including simulation with Marvelous Design and trying basic facial animation. This project was very important for my evolution, mainly because it addressed several stages of the pipeline, not just modelling and lookdev.
