The design was initiated at the request of stakeholders, aiming to explore the market and revamp the user experience (UX) for additional services within MTS Bank's existing mobile app. These services include partner programs, micro-credits for diverse payments, seasonal personalized offers, and tailored credit card features. Our primary objective was to develop an intuitive and fluid interface to elevate user engagement and satisfaction.
