About Under the guidance of Anastasia Tsurkovska, I carried out a complete analysis of the territory and analysed taxes from world practice. We also developed a typology of cells for small industry, a functional plan of residential and public-business development. A planning grid of the area and a network of streets and roads were prepared.
Thesis The development project for the former Gorskaya construction site aims to promote ecological development in the Kurortny district.
The project will focus on four areas: an IT village in the form of an innovation cluster, light industrial type industrial and warehouse facilities, hotel and service infrastructure, and a cultural cluster. All of these thematic and high-tech zones will be built with a focus on environmental standards and care for the environment.
