‘ The shaking thing is probably your heart.’

hello. To welcome the spring of life with young mugworts emerging, I introduce a book cover illustration design using the colors of spring. The work is a virtual project, and I came up with the idea for both the book title and design, so please enjoy it and let me know if you have any feedback.

The overall visual concept theme is ‘Spring in April’. 

With spring just starting to warm up in April, I wanted to express the woman who is leaving behind the cold March and welcoming spring in warm and calm colors.

I chose the delicate spring mugwort color as the main color and the deep yellow of freesia flowers as the point color.

With the casual styling of wearing a sweatshirt at home, I tried to create a contrast between the relaxed, unadorned look and the bright flowers.

'It's shaking.' Like the phrase, I wrote it myself in cursive Korean. Vintage styling was used to create an overall 'nostalgic' feel.
