A 'coladera' is a traditional regional activity in the northern part of Mexico. It's essentially a rodeo-style event where participants try to throw a cow or bull using only their body strength, typically by grabbing onto its tail. Once they manage to pull the animal down, they then attempt to entangle its tail around their boot while riding on horseback within a fenced-off area. It's quite a spectacle, filled with action and tradition, and is often enjoyed as a social gathering where people come together to have fun, enjoy some beer, and spend time with family and friends.
