The concept behind this project was to create an interactive poster that brought light or would awaken a viewer to a serious topic that needed attention. My idea was to awaken viewers on the dangers of texting and driving. The design features a person driving a car with all the distractions of a cellphone in front of him, ultimately causing him to not see the road in front. The interactive pieces of this poster include pull out "text" strips that viewers can pull out and read shocking facts about distracted driving, and a QR code link that audios the sounds of texting noises before a tragic car crash. The original size of the poster is 36 x 24’’.
