Acting as an integral extension of the internal team at Replacement Components, I provided comprehensive support across various platforms, including web, print, video, and beyond.
WEBSITE
Facilitated a seamless transition for the client’s web presence, overseeing the redesign from Totaline.com to the overarching Replacement Components brand, RCHvacParts.com. This new platform effectively communicates with Dealers, Distributors through SSO, and Homeowners.
My responsibilities include managing both the front and backend of the website. This includes managing an article writing process with a strategic back-linking approach for enhanced SEO performance, updating distributor assets as required, and curating engaging video content.

From receiving a creative brief through design to production, I ensure a seamless workflow that results in high-quality videos aligned with the client objectives.
PRINT AND DIGITAL
Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives for both brands, including the creation of advertisements. This entails developing compelling headlines and content, which are then executed across various mediums. Each component of the campaign is tailored for consistency and effectiveness, ensuring it can be seamlessly implemented at the distributor level.
