The Cutting Program refers to the importance of women going through a process of construction and care so that they can grow in their professional and personal lives.
So, the idea of Cutting is a reference to the jewel/diamond that, before being shiny and having a high value, goes through a cutting process. Because, until then, it was just a rough stone, dull and without much value.

O Programa de lapidação remete a importância das mulheres passarem por um processo de construção e cuidados para que ela possa crescer na sua vida tanto profissional quanto pessoal.
Então, a ideia da Lapidação é uma referência à joia/ diamante que antes de ser brilhoso e ter um valor elevado, ele passa por um processo de lapidação. Porque, até então, ele era apenas uma pedra bruta, sem brilho e sem tanto valor.
