This project was done for an NGO- Teach for India. The brief was to create a fiorm that would reduce dropout rates. I suggested an interactive form and a dashboard for their fellowship program. The language of the form was changed to 1st person as a first step for a better engagement. Since the form was very long, I included a timeline that showed the progress of the form. Help text were used to guide the user from time to time. Elements from the approved designs were used in the final application form. The icons were created separately after the project.
