Project Summary
Rapid Response aims to support people from Mansfield who are unemployed or are otherwise economically excluded and distant from the Labour Market. The project is an Employability Forum based in café on the outskirts on one of the most disadvantaged estates in the country, based partly on “Jobclub” principles and run in other areas of Nottinghamshire as a Work Club.

Project goals
The logo should inspire messages like life change, support, supply with an employment ability. The colors  and the stag are inspired by the symbol of the Mansfield Town football team which is the local favorite football club of Mansfield. The purpose of this choice was to engage the people with something that is familiar to them.
