HIRCOST
HIRCOST is a clothing brand that solves two tasks.
The first is that the brand produces specialized clothing and uniforms for medical workers. The second is that HIRCOST also creates streetwear for the everyday lives of medical professionals.
In the space, we used actual medical equipment, such as a stainless steel sink, which will be repurposed as a table for accessories.
Instead of a reception desk, we used a surgical table, in which the cushions were replaced with a thick sheet of polycarbonate.
And for a visual accent above the table, we installed a shadowless surgical lamp.
You can see on the neon sign, which will be installed behind the reception desk, resembling a real surgical table. Workers in the medical industry face a number of significant challenges, which represent a great injustice that people who have taken the Hippocratic oath agree to. "Shine for others, but do not burn out" - that's what the HIRCOST brand calls on its clients, and we join this slogan. Respect doctors, appreciate their work, because they have chosen the greatest goal, as Socrates said: "The greatest service is service to people".
We decided not to create a typical medical space, styled like white surgical rooms with blue accents. We preserved significant elements such as white tiles, emphasis on steel surfaces and textures - reminiscent of surgical instruments, and the concrete texture of the floor, as a nod to industrial and urban aesthetics, as modern medicine, its development, is closely linked to the transition of individuals from living in communities with healers to urban citizens with high levels of medical insurance.
