'Nana Dee' is a stop-motion animated short directed by myself and co-directed by Momo Willet. The project was funded by Screen Ireland Frameworks and had it's premiere at the Galway Film Fleadh in July 2023.

My animating process during production of the film. I was in charge of storyboarding the script, animatic editing, set dressing for each shot, animating, shooting, editing, adding special effects and compositing. Set was built by Roberta Doorley and puppets and multiple set pieces built by Maura Willet. 

Here is an example of a shot in the animatic stage, a blocking pass I did as practice to see how much movement I can get out of the puppet and how the timing works, and the final result from the film.
