Serenity

A couple of years ago, I read a book written by David Lynch titled 'Room to Dream,' where he outlined the benefits of transcendental meditation in overcoming creative blocks and how he benefits from practicing this form of meditation in everyday life.

The practice of TM is typically done for 15-20 minutes twice a day, ideally in the morning and evening. Regular practice is said to provide a wide range of benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus and concentration, increased creativity, enhanced cognitive function, and overall well-being.

Needless to say, I started practising transcendental meditation as well, which helped me in many ways with managing stressful episodes in life and becoming more creative, which was my most sought-after outcome.

This project makes me think about serenity, a sense of inner peace and harmony, a peaceful state free from stress, anxiety, or disturbance, and acceptance of present circumstances, regardless of the noisy surroundings
