Web design and brand refresh for 2B-Ranch, a rural farm nestled in East Germany.
This project was not just about crafting a digital presence but also about revitalizing the farm's identity and ensuring it resonated with both local (German) and international (English) audiences.
The project kicked off with the need for a bilingual website catering to both English and German-speaking visitors. This presented a unique challenge that required some HTML coding to integrate both language options into Squarespace seamlessly. Although there are extentions to do this within the platform, we were on a strict budget to keep costs minimal.
The brand refresh encompassed many elements, including a colour scheme overhaul and the development of brand guidelines. By refining the brand's colours and visual elements, I aimed to encapsulate the farm's essence—its rustic charm, sustainability ethos, and connection to nature. The website design process was a fusion of creativity and functionality. Each element has been crafted to reflect the farm's rustic allure while providing essential information to visitors.
