The project provides for year-round active use of the territory and infrastructure of the resort. It is designed not only for traditional skiing vacations, but also for cultural, educational, medical and business tourism. 

The first stage of the project is a master plan of the territory of 2000 hectares, projects of three hotels with 454 rooms, as well as new ski tracks that will connect with the existing ones into a system with a total length of more than 200 km.

The tourist center also includes a wellness-hotel and detached chalets (5*), including small houses realized on the relief with maximum preservation of the surrounding landscape, commercial and recreational infrastructure, landscaping facilities and view terraces.
