Ghosting
Uma ilustração do termo ‘ghosting’. Tentei expressar a analogia que o conceito faz à palavra ‘fantasma’ de forma menos direta, em esboços e versões alternativas ˗ no entanto, a ilustração final resultou numa referência direta à palavra. Para o resultado final usei linóleo para tirar partido da textura da tinta,
de forma a acentuar o estado emocional não só de quem é ‘ghosted’, como também quem ‘ghosts’.

An illustration of the term ‘ghosting’. I tried to express the concept’s analogy to the word ‘ghost’ in a less direct way, in sketches and alternative versions ˗ however, the final illustration resulted in a direct reference to the word. For the final result I used linoleum to take advantage of the texture of the paint,
