Singapore, a country well-known for its greenery, is also commonly referred to as the Garden City. It all started in 1963 where The Tree Planting campaign was launched by the Singapore government with the objective of making Singapore a green city through the generations.
The Yellow Flame Tree, the Tembusu Tree, the Rain Tree and the Broad-leafed Mahogany are four of the most popular trees that lined our roads and parks. Each has its distinctive crown and place in this Garden City.
