AL - Danah Compound
-The Planning:
In this Compound, our aim and consideration of the plan were to fulfill the modern Saudi family's needs from an insightful study of the market. All in All, the Saudi modern family requirements are as follows; a male guest Majles or “Diwaniah” in the very welcome close to the main entrance with its services and a toilet with sinks and it is open with large glass windows fronted with the landscape of the entrance view, proceeded with a Driver Room close to two cars Parking lot. More inside, a larger Majles with a secondary entrance to have more privacy -when needed- and it can be used for both Males and Females guests. In two more steps, you will find a dining table and an open space consisting of a family setting side by side to open stairs way, an elevator, and large windows in the home garden, ended by the kitchen which has a bar separate on inside and outside on outdoor setting that has a vast view on a villa-long landscape, the kitchen connected with a maid room and laundry area that makes less movement and more productivity. Two steps upward, the first floor is all about intimate family times and the calming space with one master bedroom starts with a large long dressing room ended with a dressing table close to the bathroom and a king-size bed with a modern setting with in-room service coffee bar and table. Moreover, the first floor has three mini-masters with different sizes with all services. This plan outcomes from the needs of Saudi families that enable them to live in a rich and generous manner within their beliefs and religious Islamic instructions.
