The Twin Towers

The twin towers are located in an area of Tehran with a high potential for designing an office and commercial complex. This tower includes three commercial floors and 60 administrative floors.
Concept
According to the administrative use of the towers on the upper floors, it is considered a fundamental need to have quality relaxation and communication spaces, so we thought of three floors of the green courtyard in the middle of these towers, two of these floors with a bridge are connected. It makes it easier for employees to communicate with each other.

Site Analyze
The project is located north of Tehran and has a good city view. Therefore we have considered the most opening towards the south. The main entrance of the building, mainly used for commercial floors, is located in the north of the planned site, and the second entrance door, which provides access to the administrative departments, is located on the west side of the buildings. One of the main concerns of this project is the provision of parking spaces due to the high volume of people who use the building. About 1000 parking spaces have been designed inside the building on seven floors. In addition, there is also the possibility of using the surrounding streets.
Structure
The structural system of Diagrid, along with the concrete central core with raised floors, is the structural system considered for the skyscraper. This system in architectural design helped us to define higher-quality spaces. Also, to deal with the wind in the corners of the building: we have created a break, and we have also reduced the area of the units in the upper floors. They rotated in a way that the most utilized sun and natural light. The towers have a large amount of view to the south.
