Working closely with a steel fabricator and a custom woodworker, Specht Harpman tailored this SoHo loft space to meet the highly specific needs of a digital animation company. The open workroom is bounded by a set of semi-private offices and an active corridor, which leads to the shared meeting and break room. The bespoke frame system creates spaces for layout, seating, file and book storage, a pantry, lighting and the exposed ductwork.
