Immersive Media Cave for Private Virtual Event
In the midst of the pandemic Mindscape Studio was opted to design the virtual environment and visual package for a major company's annual internal event. Shifting from live to virtual, this offered an opportunity to consider how to imbue the event with a sense of physicality and immerssiveness, making it more than a video broadcast.
As the set designer and art director I conceptualized, designed and delivered the following virtual stage, aligning the environment to the overall creative concept of the event. Vizualisations of each moment were presented.
Accommodating layouts for each instance of the both technically and visually and presenting.
Keynote mode
Cinematic camera movements for scene entrance/exit. Various color schemes mark distinct stages of the event.
