The project started with brainstorming on the concept of “better work”. At the end of this process, it was decided that one of the most important issue was communication between different generations. Then, literature research was conducted in line with the “Delphi Method” and stakeholders were identified.  The issue was approached from the perspective of 3 personas. Generation Z employees, Managers, and HR experts.

Interview and survey results showed that  working in a positive and friendly environment is the most important thing for all stakeholders. The first thing they look for when they want to hire someone new is that the person should fit into the team culture. For this reason, the project focused on a service design that would offer solutions to teams' problems, build good communication and increase productivity in work life.
TEAM UP is a digital service that offers practical and creative solutions to teams’ social and communication problems.

Team Ritual: The first feature enables teams to develop rituals on many issues, such as improving creativity, reducing conflict, and increasing productivity, etc.

Message like a PRO: The second feature helps team members to use professional and positive language in work-related messaging.

Team 2.0: The third feature increases interaction with team members outside of work with options such as participating in events, sharing gifts, and playing games.

The application offers users a friendly and lively visual style. Because TEAM UP takes users out of the virtual world and encourages them to be active and social in the physical world.
