CreateLab was contacted in early 2023 by the owner of Fritidskajakker.dk. The companys current web shop was based on a proprietary platform that gave them little room for development. With more than a thousand products and connected text, images and video, the task of moving to a new more open platform seemed a near impossible task for them.

CreateLab developed a secure export rutine to extract all data to a teporary database, from which the data could be exported to Woocommerce, once the site structure, design and WordPress development was completed.

The New Fritidskajakker.dk is a modern, UX friendly and fast webshop. The site now offers new functionality with an extensive event calendar and rent module, as well as an affiliate marketing platform for partners.
