Creative Block
Jonah, a grumpy writer, sits at his desk with his laptop open, determined to progress in his work. With increasingly unfruitful attempts, he becomes more and more frustrated and irritated as his ideas don’t substantiate.
He slams his laptop down in a fit of rage, only to find that a new idea surfaced seconds later. He eagerly cracks open his laptop again, only to discover that it is now no longer in working condition demonstrating his grief and disappointment at this discovery.
Process
This assignment challenged me to create an animation according to a video I recorded as a reference , challenging us to represent lifelike details be it the exaggerated emotions or little mannerisms that create a more realistic animation. This assignment tests my ability to grasp real life traits and produce them in my own style for my animations .
