- Asking for feedback early can save a lot of headaches in the future.
- It is okay to drop some sections in order to have a stronger piece.
Things I would do differently:
- Plan for a smaller project and wait until that is completed before adding on additional parts. This would also help avoid scope creep.
- Ask a lot more questions when something is making sense.
- Try to create a more realistic schedule.
