OBJECTIVES
 
To develop a website targeted at high net-worth individuals (HNWI) that will allow Maybank to:
• Generate quality leads in the Premier and Private wealth segment
• Capitalise on modern marketing technologies like geo-targeting and content personalisation
• Position Maybank as a thought leader in the wealth segment by providing valuable, relevant content (both banking and lifestyle-related)
Maybank Premier Wealth - Profiler (Step 1)
We wanted the browsing experience to be highly personalised. From the get-go, visitors are encouraged to tell us a little bit about their interests to get more personalised content.
Maybank Premier Wealth - Profiler (Step 2)
By entering their name and email, the profiler also enabled us to generate leads for future email marketing campaigns.
Maybank Premier Wealth - Highlights (Tile View)
To boost the content value on the site, we worked with Bloomberg to utilise its syndicated content. We also approached other Maybank stakeholders (Global Banking, Maybank Kim Eng) for proprietary content they could share. The end result: Upon landing on the home/highlights page, users get to see lifestyle content relevant to their interests, as well as proprietary content designed to boost Maybank's image as a leader in the wealth segment.

Visitors can customise their content feed anytime using filters. These preferences are tracked and recorded, allowing Maybank to target users with relevant marketing content in the future.

Similar to the profiler used on the Maybank Premier Wealth website. Photos and descriptions were tweaked to reflect the exclusivity of this higher-end segment.
