This was my entry for the 2014 Gent Festival Van Vlaanderen campaign pitch. The theme was 'La Sauvagerie' (The Wilderness) and the client was looking for an image that fused a human female with an animal. I wanted to stay off the beaten path and turn things upside down. The image has an intriguing silhouette that lends it its stopping power. The eyes of the model were rotated 180° so she looks you straight in the eyes, something you won't notice until you take a closer look. Unfortunately the client chose a different design. As this was gathering dust on my digital shelves I decided to share it here :)
