The ONDC frontstore app, designed with user’s limitations in mind, will provide them with the tools and support they needs to showcase their talent, reach new customers, and achieve financial independence. Through a user-centric approach grounded in UX design principles and design thinking methodologies, I successfully designed an ONDC frontstore to empower people like Mira to sell their handcrafted products online through the seller app. By prioritizing simplicity, accessibility, and usability, the platform provides an intuitive and seamless experience for both the seller and the buyers, contributing to the economic empowerment.
